About Us

Purpose

Eradicate youth unemployment and social problems associated with it, by ensuring that all disadvantaged young people (16-25) get the chance of a better future and a fulfilled life

Vision

Through our programmes we will make a significant difference to the lives of disadvantaged, vulnerable young people, by helping them to secure long term employment, enabling them to lead independent and fulfilled lives.

Mission

Provide a holistic, employability programme for young people, especially those from disadvantaged and diverse backgrounds such as:-

  • Homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
  • Excluded from education and training
  • Coming out of care and transitioning to independence
  • Coming out of the Criminal justice system
  • From British Ethnic Minority background

We will also look after their health and wellbeing, to remove barriers to employment and help them to succeed.

We help them in four main ways:

  • To Live
  • To Learn
  • To Earn
  • To Thrive
    – through vocational skills and employability training, leading to experience of work , job interviews and employment
