We believe every young person deserves a chance to thrive – not just in work, but in life.

Brighter Futures Social Investment CIC (BFSI) focuses on helping vulnerable young people from disadvantaged and diverse backgrounds access employment, while also improving their mental health, resilience, and sense of self-worth.

We do this by:

• Understanding employer needs across key industry sectors.
• Delivering Soft Skills and Employability training in safe spaces, often at employer premises (3 to 5 days).
• Building confidence, self-esteem, and emotional readiness for the workplace.
• Offering job interviews with real employers who have live vacancies
• Mentoring support as required to secure or retain a job.
• Providing personalised mentoring and wellbeing support to help participants manage anxiety, improve motivation, and maintain momentum

We run an employer-led, employability programmes called:

Creating Life Chances” (CLC) with sector pathways in Catering & Hospitality, Care, Retail, and the Construction Industry.

Our focus is on those aged 16–25 who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET), at risk of homelessness, transitioning from care or the criminal justice system, or from underrepresented ethnic backgrounds. Many have experienced trauma, social isolation, or long-term disengagement.

With the right support, they can become independent, resilient, and contribute positively to society.
