We have developed a version of CLC for the construction industry. The programme is currently being assessed for NOCN accreditation. We have engaged with 83 young people across the Southeast and offered places to 40 of them. 26 completed the soft skills programme, and 13 were offered full-time jobs in construction.

We have since developed the programme further, building links with a wider range of construction companies that have vacancies and are keen to work with motivated young people from diverse backgrounds.

We have connections with an increasing number of young people referral partners in London and South East England, including DWP.
