What is this all about?

The WAD Sittingbourne/Gillingham programmes are designed to help young people in Medway get better access to training, work experience and career opportunities. It brings together employers, training providers and support organisations to make sure you can explore different industries and build the skills you need for future jobs.

The aim is to open doors, give you hands-on experiences and help you understand what careers are really like.

We are running programmes in two areas, Sittingbourne and Gillingham.
