The WAD programme can help you with:

Work experience by giving you the chance to take part in real work placements so that you can see what the job is like and gain practical experience.

Skills and confidence by helping you build up communication, teamwork, problem solving and workplace confidence.

Career insight by helping you learn about different roles, pathways and qualifications to help you make informed decsisions about your future.

Employer connections by giving you the chance to meet real employers who can offer you advice, opportunities and potentially even future job leads.

When will this happen?

The Gillingham programme dates are:

9 – 12  November 2026

11 – 14 January 2027

15 – 18 February 2027

22 – 25 March 2027

What will it cost?

The WAD Gillingham programme will not cost anything for the students joining it.
